Complaint Form

WARNING!

The complaint will be processed only if the filled form and proof of purchase are attached with the product. Product must be sent at client's own expense. Lack of aforementioned documents will result in halting the complaint process until said are provided.

 In case of positive consideration of the complaint, fixed or replaced product will be shipped at our expense.

If the complaint gets rejected, we will contact you about fixing/replacing the product. The shipping costs are covered at client's own expense.
